Established in 2007, we’ve grown from a local operator into one of Queensland’s most respected providers of electrical, data, and communication infrastructure across commercial, residential, and civil projects.
Over the past 18 years, we’ve developed a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes on some of Queensland’s most complex builds. Our work spans education facilities, health precincts, lifestyle villages, government infrastructure, and high-end residential developments.
Our business is defined by experience and consistency. With more than 90 full-time electricians supported by an experienced management team, we have the capacity and structure to handle projects of any scale, anywhere across the state.

Before founding Huff Group, Fabian managed large electrical projects in the residential and commercial sectors. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Fabian has earned a reputation for his flexible approach to complex project delivery. Fabian is widely respected in the electrical and construction community for his professional and reliable approach to business. Fabian was also a finalist for employer of the year in 2022. Fabian is proud to lead a team that consistently exceeds customer expectations and delivers quality work time and time again across every sector within the electrical industry.
As General Manager of Huff Group, Aaron May provides strategic and operational leadership across the business. He oversees project delivery, commercial performance, workforce planning, safety, quality, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. With strong industry knowledge, Aaron works closely with our management and project teams to maintain effective operations, financial control, and reliable project outcomes, while supporting the continued growth of Huff Group.
Michael is an experienced Estimator in electrical construction, responsible for calculating project costs, including materials, labor, and overheads. He works closely with project managers and clients to provide accurate and detailed estimates, ensuring projects are financially feasible and stay within budget.
Wayne plays a key role in overseeing Huff Group’s daily operations, ensuring our teams, projects and processes work efficiently and effectively. His leadership and coordination help maintain high standards, support our people, and drive the successful delivery of our work.
Paul delivers precise project estimates and budgets, using his industry knowledge and attention to detail to set every project up for success. He works closely with project managers and clients to provide accurate and detailed estimates, ensuring projects are financially feasible and stay within budget.
Paul brings strong electrical, Design & Construction experience to the estimating team, backed by extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail. He provides reliable pricing and clear budgets to help set projects up for successful delivery.
Ryley supports the estimating team by preparing accurate project pricing, reviewing plans and specifications, and assisting with quotes. Works closely with project managers and suppliers to help ensure projects are competitively priced and financially viable.
Matt focuses on keeping projects on track and within scope, combining strong organisation and problem-solving skills to deliver seamless results.
Matt guides projects from planning through completion, ensuring clear communication and practical solutions to meet client goals.
Matt specialises in civil projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets with precision to deliver results safely and efficiently.
Aidan plays a key role in managing projects and driving new business opportunities for Huff Group. He works closely with clients and our teams to deliver successful outcomes while building strong relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Ian manages project delivery, keeping teams organised and ensuring each job is completed efficiently, professionally and to a high standard.
